What courier do you use?

We use DHL for all deliveries and express delivery.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
No, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Do you deliver to hotels?
Yes, we can deliver to your hotel.

Do I have to sign for the delivery?
Yes, we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order is dispatched from our head office you will receive an email of notification from us including your tracking number for DHL.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?
No details, including the delivery address can be changed. Your order can be cancelled or recalled and a new order will have to be placed using the new details.

Duties & Taxes

Customs duties and taxes within the European Union.

No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped within the European Union. The articles’ prices and shipping costs include VAT.  Any local import duties or taxes outside of the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

 Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic , Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.


Exchanges & Returns

How to return an item EU,US and REST OF WORLD ORDERS:

Rebecca Björnsdotter has a 14 day return policy.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. When returning unwanted items, you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us. If you wish to return your order, please fill out the form included in your parcel and state what you want to return and choose one of the return reasons. Please include this form when returning your order. Important information is listed below:

All returns have to be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.  Depending on your locations you have the option to leave your return goods at a DHL Service Point or call DHL Express for a pick up. This will be stated in the return form. If you have any questions regarding your return / exchange please email customercare(at) and we will clarify any questions you may have.

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and colour. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge within Sweden. However, shipping is charged for Europe, US and rest of the world.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, you must return it and purchase the new piece separately. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.  

Please note that all returns should be sent back with the original Rebecca Björnsdotter shoe box and dustbag included in mint condition.

Please ensure when returning the parcel that the Rebecca Björnsdotter box is protected using the carton provided. Please be advised to try on your pair of Rebecca Björnsdotter shoes on a soft surface until you are certain that you will be keeping the shoes. Please also note that any shoes with marks or scratches on the sole(s) will not be accepted for a return or exchange. The box is part of the product and we are unable to accept any returns where the box or dustbag is damaged and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs, any customs and import fees.

REBECCABJORNSDOTTER.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, REBECCABJORNSDOTTER.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.


The shipping charges you will incur through returning an order are as follows. (This will be taken from the total of your refund, rather than charge your card again).

Please be aware that it may take a few days for us to process your return after we have received it. After we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you an email concerning your refund. The time it takes for you to get refunded depends on your credit card. The refund should appear on your credit card statement within two months of the return, at the latest.

In case the recipient is not the same person that made the purchase, the refund will be booked onto the credit card holder’s account.

Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded. Shipping cost charge is only refundable for faulty goods.

We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service (DHL) so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. Please email customercare(at) if you intend to do this for return address.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to France, for instance, we can only accept a return from France.
