Please note that images on our website are as clear as they can be. There might be small colour differences due to the nature of leather and suede. Slight variations in leathers are entirely normal for the type of leathers used. We have made our best effort to show the shoes as correct as possible for you to see the shape and quality of the shoe. All of our products are hand made and variations may occur, this is what makes them beautiful and unique.

Payment

The total of your order will be in Euro / SEK / USD / GBP.

All orders outside the EU is excluding VAT. 

Please note that if your credit/ debit card is in a different currency the total of your order will be converted into that currency.

There may be associated charges with this from your card issuer. The daily exchange rate will also be reflected and sadly we have no influence over this.

We are based in Sweden and your card issuer may see your payment as an international transaction and charge you accordingly. For further details on this please contact your card issuer directly.

We offer different payment methods in different countries (KLARNA / Stripe). In all countries we accept credit cards, but in many countries, we also offer PayPal and country specific payment methods. At checkout you will see what payment methods we offer in your shipping country.

When you place an order with us using a credit card, we place an authorization on the form of payment you used, and the funds are temporarily reserved for your purchase. When your order has been dispatched, we will capture the funds from your account. Orders placed with PayPal and other HPP payment methods are captured immediately when the order is placed.

Your personal online security is very important to us. To help ensure your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the VERISIGN logo at checkout. To ensure your information is kept private, we do not process or store any payment information in our database.

If your order attempt was declined, this can often be due to your bank. We suggest you contact your bank or card-issuing company to ask if they have any kind of block on your card. If you receive another error message, please contact our customer care team and we will do our best to assist you with your order.

  • Pre-Order items are available to book / purchase whilst still in production, estimated delivery time is noted at the top of the product page. Please note a pre-order can sell out, should this happen you will not be able to place an order. You can sign up and receive a notification for the next upcoming delivery.

After you place your order, you will receive an email of confirmation from us along with your order number.

Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges will then be taken.

After your details have been verified, your order will then be shipped.

Should any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will quickly be informed of the out-of-stock styles(s) and your payment for the item(s) will be refunded.

We ship all online orders from our warehouse in Sweden, Europe.  

Yes, once your order is dispatched from our ware house you will receive an email of notification from us including your tracking number for Ups / Dhl.

Most shoes are in stock and will be available for purchase. Some items are pre-orders and this will be stated along with estimated delivery time.

Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag it isn’t reserved and will therefore be available to other customers while you are browsing.

Products will be unavailable for purchase.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-Order items are available to book / purchase whilst still in production, estimated delivery time is noted at the top of the product page. Please note a pre-order can sell out, should this happen you will not be able to place an order. You can sign up and receive a notification for the next upcoming delivery.

The estimated shipping date is noted at the top of the product page. If you place an order marked with a pre-order note that means this item is in production, you will receive shipment confirmations when the item has been dispatched.

When you place a pre-order with a credit or debit card, your card will only be authorized, meaning a temporary “hold” will be placed for the funds needed on your card. Your card will be charged when your pre-order item is shipped to you. If you pay with an instant payment method like Pay Pal etc, you will be charged in full when you place the order.

If you order products that are in-stock along with pre-order items, you will receive multiple shipments: we will ship you the in-stock item as soon as possible, and the pre-order item when it becomes available. If you paid with a credit or debit card, you will see two separate charges that will equal your total order amount, that will occur at the time of each shipment.

Our regular return and exchange policy applies to pre-order items. You will have 14 days from when you receive your item from your order to return any items from your order.

Limited Edition

Some of our products (Agnes / Lara) have pewter braiding details. These braids are all made in our atelier by Rebecca herself and due to the amount of work, these styles will only be produced in a small scale. Once the brading has been completed and fixed to the upper, the production in Italy will finalize closing the upper before delivery.

EXCLUSIVE - Limited Edition

An Exclusive – Limited Edition is a show piece product and produced in a very limited batch. The items will be marked with the number in the batch. This product will remain a limited show piece and will not be re-produced in this specific colour, material option again to remain it’s exclusivity.

Quality

All Rebecca Björnsdotter shoes and accessories have been handmade in Italy using the finest materials. Pewter braids are handmade in Sweden. Natural materials such as leather, suede and fabrics are not flawless, that’s what make them beautiful and unique.

We have a very high quality check at both factory level and before shipping our products.

If you have placed your order on rebeccabjornsdotter.com and you receive faulty purchased products, please email us immediately! Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately and that the item is not defect due to your conduct. You will receive compensation for cost of fixing item, a new item, a discount or a full refund for the item once processed and accepted. Please email customercare(at)rebeccabjornsdotter.com with images of your purchase, which you consider have been delivered faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty product instead of obtaining a refund, we can only replace it for the same product and any exchange is subject to availability.

If you ask for a repair, we will do so only where possible and not disproportionate. If you ask for a repair or replacement and we do not provide one in a reasonable time or have reason for not providing one (other than due to your fault), then you will be entitled to exercise your right to ask for a reduction in price or refund.
