Rebecca Björnsdotter has a 14 day return policy from delivery date (First attempt of delivery).
All products must be unworn in their original condition with box, dustbags and packaging intact to be eligible for return or exchange.
To make a return or exchange begin by requesting a “Return Authorization” through this form before sending your item(s).
We will send you further details to process your return or exchange.
- Orders returned to us without a return authorization may face delays in processing.
- Please note that any shoes with marks or scratches on the sole(s) will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
- Please note that returns received which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused.
- All products must be unworn in their original condition with box, dustbags and packaging intact as this is considered part of the product to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Please be advised to try your shoes on a soft carpenter surface until you are certain you will be keeping the shoes.
- Rebecca Björnsdotter reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
- Returns must be sent back with provided waybill, to ensure the products are insured.
Tracking your return / Exchange
Your return tracking number can be found on your waybill provided with your order. Once received, returns take approximately 3-5 business days to process. Upon completion, a refund confirmation email will be sent.
For exchanges, please allow an additional 1-2 business days processing time for the new item(s) to be prepared and dispatched. Upon completion, a shipment confirmation for your new exchange order will be generated, including your new tracking details.
Purchased items are only exchangeable into a different size and colour (prices may differ due to different materials and will be adjusted accordingly). All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge with a standard shipment service.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, you must return it and purchase the new piece separately. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.
Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times.
Please note a returned item can only be issued to the original form of payment (the purchaser’s).
