Colour: Be Bold

At RB we love colour. Colours are found everywhere in nature from beautiful vibrant flowers to breath-taking sunsets. We know that colour affects our moods, filled with associations.

In many ancient cultures, including the Egyptians and Chinese, colours were believed to have healing powers. Colour can change a mood, set a scene, or attract you to a person (or not!). We use colour to create a home we feel safe and comfortable in. We dress ourselves in colours as we present ourselves to the world and we use colour in our make-up, on our nails and in our hair. 

In a worldwide marketing research, the colour blue took number one place as most favourite colour. It also has a big impact on a first impression.

Studies show 62 – 90% of a first impression is based on how we perceive colour in the situation. If you want to make a strong first impression, opt for colour. Heading out on a first date? Add a pop of bright colour to be more memorable.
