These Terms and Conditions govern all contractual relationships regarding orders placed on Rebecca Björnsdotters website, www.rebeccabjornsdotter.com (below mentioned as ”Rebecca Björnsdotter” / ”Lilla Björn”/ ”we” / ”website”), covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into online with Aktiebolaget Lilla Björn 559203-5694 (Box 3015, 200 22 Malmo, Sweden), hereinafter referred to as ”Lilla Björn”.

In the event that an item is unavailable, Rebecca Björnsdotters team will contact you shortly by e-mail. Lilla Björn may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although Lilla Björn strives to display the correct texts, images, and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. Lilla Björn cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the webshop, Lilla Björn will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or Internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Lilla Björn will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon as possible.

These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with Swedish law.
The laws of your country may differ from Swedish law. Users should comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding the use of our website.
